BELTON, Texas- The ASC basketball championships wrapped up on Monday, and with it, the seasons for the UMHB men’s and women’s basketball teams.
The men fell to Louisiana College on Sunday in the tournament semifinals, while the women earned the program’s second straight conference tournament title with a 75-72 win over ETBU on Monday night.
After a successful year that saw both programs rise to new heights, it is time to decide True To The Cru’s Players of the Year. The honors will be decided by both the fans and local media, with the fans making up 75 percent of the vote, and the media deciding 25 percent of the vote.
The polls are open until Sunday, March 21, at 7 p.m. CT.
