BELTON- For the first time in program history, the UMHB softball team has shutout an opponent in the NCAA Tournament.

UMHB softball posted a 32-12 record during the regular season, finished as the ASC Regular Season champion, and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament when the field was announced Monday. It’s the first time the program has reached the national tournament since 2008 and even better, they’ll get one more chance to play on their home field.

Belton, TX- In a back-and-forth game on Saturday afternoon in the ASC Championship, ETBU defeated The CRU on a walk-off double, winning 3-2. UMHB won three games in the 2023 ASC Tournament, which was the most in program history since 2013.
