AUSTIN, Texas- It took four sets for UMHB volleyball to close out the 2021 regular season with a victory, as the Cru, ranked 13th in the nation, defeated Concordia (TX) 3-1 (25-18, 18-25, 25-18, 25-23) on Friday night.

BELTON, Texas- After suffering its first loss of the season on Friday night at the hands of rival UT-Dallas, the UMHB volleyball team left nothing to chance on Saturday against LeTourneau, sweeping the Yellow Jackets and capturing the ASC regular season title in the process.

No. 8 UMHB volleyball loses first match of the season in five sets to UT-Dallas
BELTON, Texas- For the second time this week, the No. 8 UMHB volleyball team dropped its first two sets. And just like the Crusaders did against Hardin-Simmons, they rallied to win the next two, forcing a fifth set. Only, the result of the fifth set was different on Friday night than it was on Tuesday, with UT-Dallas edging UMHB by a score of 3-2 (25-22, 25-19, 19-25, 19-25, 16-14), handing the Cru its first loss of the 2021 season.
