An athletic performance facility founded by All-American running back, UMHB alum and former pro football player Bryson Tucker in 2012, Sacrifice Training delivers premium results to athletes of all ages looking to elevate their skill sets. In addition to Tucker, the staff features three high-level trainers in Eric Henri, also a collegiate All-American football player, became the first addition, followed by Haley Whatley, an All-State athlete, and Henry Eke, a graduate football player for the University of North Texas.

As one of the premier training facilities in Central Texas, Sacrifice Training has worked with numerous college and professional athletes, including UMHB returner Aaron Sims and former UMHB quarterback Blake Jackson, who Tucker converted into a wide receiver, giving Jackson an opportunity at a pro career, including spending a season on the Cleveland Browns’ roster.
