BELTON, Texas- 2021 saw a number of incredible achievements in UMHB athletics, from conference titles, to win streaks, to individual performances. In this year in review, we attempted to capture a snapshot of some of the notable numbers that defined 2021 for the Cru, as well as some of the memorable quotes and moments following 2021’s key victories.
After a week of voting last week, the votes have been counted and it is time to announce True To The Cru’s Volleyball Players of the Year, presented by our gold sponsors; Montgomery Chiropractic, Sacrifice Training, and the Crusader Football Alumni Association.
With the 2021 season officially completed with the final AVCA Top 25 poll released on Wednesday morning (UMHB was ranked No. 24), it is now time to open up the voting for True To The Cru’s Volleyball Players of the Year, which are presented by our gold-level sponsors: Sacrifice Training, Montgomery Chiropractic and the Crusader Football Alumni Association.
BELTON, Texas- You may have seen our commitment tracker, keeping you up-to-date on latest student-athletes to commit to UMHB. On Wednesday, several of those commits signed with the Cru, making their commitment official. All sports except for football were allowed to sign as part of the NCAAs fall signing day.
BELTON, Texas- The UMHB volleyball team went 1-1 in the ASC Tournament this past weekend, defeating Sul Ross State 3-0 on Friday night, before finishing as the tournament runner-up to UT-Dallas, who won Saturday’s ASC championship match over UMHB, 3-1.

BELTON, Texas- Finding a good start.
It was the main goal for the Crusaders, said sophomore hitter Hannah Frasca, as they entered Friday’s ASC tournament semifinal against Sul Ross State.
And it was certainly a goal UMHB, ranked No. 13 in the nation and the tournament’s No. 1 seed, attained, sweeping SRSU in three sets.
