UMHB men’s basketball team sees season come to a close in 72-60 NCAA Tournament loss at Christopher Newport

The 2022-23 season for the UMHB men’s basketball team came to an end in the Sweet 16 on Friday night, as Christopher Newport took down the Cru, 72-60. Ty Prince led the way for UMHB, with 33 points.

The third round of the NCAA Tournament tips off tonight, as UMHB goes up against Christopher Newport. This marks the second straight year that the Crusaders are in the “Sweet 16” of the D-III national tournament.
