ABILENE, Texas- In Thursday’s victory over Hardin-Simmons, Josiah Johnson did not lead the UMHB men’s basketball team in points for the first time this season. However, on Saturday, as the Cru beat McMurry for the second time this season by a score of 94-66, Johnson once again proved to be UMHB’s go-to offensive weapon, as he put 35 points on the board.
BELTON, Texas- Josiah Johnson’s SportsCenter-worthy halfcourt buzzer beater before halftime proved to be the spark the UMHB men’s basketball team needed, as the Cru used a strong second half to take down Belhaven, 109-91, on Saturday.

BELTON, Texas- It hasn’t taken Josiah Johnson long to make his mark at UMHB.
The UMHB men’s basketball team battled for all 40 minutes against Sul Ross State Tuesday, but the Lobos’ clutch free-throw shooting late resulted in an 89-75 loss for the Cru.
