UMHB men’s hoops finds three-point rhythm in midst of 104-75 loss at UT-Arlington

ARLINGTON, Texas- For 32 minutes, the UMHB men’s basketball team stayed in stride with D-I UT-Arlington. A tough eight-minute stretch midway through the second half resulted in a 104-75 exhibition loss on Saturday night, but more importantly, the Cru displayed improvement from Thursday’s loss to Stephen F. Austin and held its own against D-I competition.

Photo Gallery: UMHB Men’s Basketball wins ASC Tournament

The UMHB men’s basketball team claimed its first ASC title since 2010 in Saturday’s 99-82 victory, and is headed to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2013. True To The Cru’s Luke Zayas and Russell Marwitz were courtside for all three contests, capturing the action as UMHB emerged victorious.
