BELTON- The loss may have been before Christmas, but it was a loss the UMHB men’s basketball team had not forgotten. ETBU’s 72-64 defeat of the Crusaders in Marshall on Dec. 10 gave way to a winning run for 22nd-ranked UMHB, with the Cru having won 11 of their previous 12 entering Thursday night’s rematch with the Tigers.

BELTON, Texas- The final week of the season has arrived for the UMHB men’s basketball team. It certainly seems like the season has gone too fast, but here we are, with the Cru still sitting at a perfect 11-0 record in conference play, having clinched the ASC West Division title last Saturday. Sul Ross and Howard Payne conclude the season for UMHB.

BELTON- D.J. Kane flung the ball high into the air in jubilation. A loud roar came from the home crowd. The echo of the final buzzer sounded loud throughout the Mayborn Campus Center. The UMHB men’s basketball team had pulled off an 83-77 overtime win over UT Dallas.
