BELTON, Texas- The UMHB men’s basketball team rolled to a 100-80 victory in its season-opener against Southwestern on Tuesday night, as Josiah Johnson led the team with 34 points.

The UMHB men’s and women’s basketball teams each claimed victories over ETBU in ASC play on Saturday, and True To The Cru’s Luke Zayas was courtside, capturing all of the action through photos.
Belton, Texas- The CRU Men’s Basketball team defeated Nebraska Wesleyan on Saturday, 74-67. UMHB had 24 points on fast breaks alone. To read more on the game click here . All were things UMHB head coach Clif Carroll was looking for from his team entering Thursday’s ASC road matchup at Ozarks. And even with leading scorer Josiah Johnson unavailable, the Cru had no shortage of offense or intensity, leading from start to finish for an 85-59 win.
