After a memorable 2021-22 season for the UMHB men’s and women’s basketball teams, True To The Cru would like to recognize and congratulate both teams on their accomplishments this past year, as both programs reached new heights and reached the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament.
With that, it is now time to select True To The Cru’s Players of the Year presented by our Gold Sponsors: Sacrifice Training, Montgomery Chiropractic, and the Crusader Football Alumni Association. You can learn more about each of these businesses and organizations under the sponsors tab on the website, as each is an ardent supporter of UMHB and Crusader athletics.
These postseason honors are meant to recognize a few of the especially outstanding performers for the Cru this season. The general public will make up 50 percent of the vote, while the other 50 percent consists of the selections from our group of media voters.
