The UMHB baseball coaching staff, led by head coach Mike Stawski, has done an exceptional job of recruiting Central Texas talent for its 2023 recruiting class, with players committed so far from Liberty Hill, Austin, Round Rock, and Cedar Park so far.
Representing Cedar Park High School, a renowned program that went 22-9-1 a year ago, and advanced to the 2022 5A UIL Regional Finals is Quint Mullen. An infielder and pitcher currently heading into his senior year, Mullen comes off a season in which he was voted the District 25-5A Defensive Player of the Year. With good arm strength to throw across the infield, and consistency at the plate, Mullen is an excellent addition to UMHB’s recruiting class, having committed on Dec. 9.Â
