The American Southwest Conference has signed an “exclusive media rights partnership” with FloSports, per an announcement Tuesday afternoon, effectively moving all of its athletic broadcasts starting in 2026-27 to the subscription-based platform.
“Partnering with FloCollege marks a transformative step forward for the ASC and our student-athletes,” said ASC Commissioner Leslie Schuemann in a joint press release from the ASC and FloSports. “This collaboration ensures that our competitions and achievements will be showcased to wider audiences with exceptional quality and storytelling, elevating the profile of ASC and Division III sports while inspiring future generations.
“By reaching more fans nationwide and highlighting the high level of competition within the ASC, we are reinforcing our commitment to being competitive at the national level and providing our student-athletes with the recognition they deserve.”
The ASC becomes the 10th Division III conference to join the FloCollege platform, which already includes fellow Region 10 conferences in the SCAC, NWC, and SCIAC. This means all four conferences in Region 10 will play on FloCollege starting with the 2026-27 athletic year.
Per the agreement, FloCollege will broadcast all home events involving ASC programs across all sports, including both non-conference and conference matchups and the respective ASC Tournaments in each sport. The ASC will be a six-team league starting this fall, with McMurry and Schreiner joining the established quartet of UMHB, Hardin-Simmons, ETBU, and Howard Payne.
“ASC student-athletes and institutions deserve a platform that showcases their achievements with best-in-class presentation and storytelling that is on par with their Division-I counterparts,” John Turner, GM of FloCollege, said in the release. “Our commitment to fulfill this promise to partners is what drives us, and we welcome ASC to FloCollege as we continue to invest in the growth of Division III athletics.”
The press release adds that FloSports aims to improve the quality of broadcasts with its FloSports Production Suite, “a production package that elevates stream quality, broadcast graphics, and viewer experiences.” It notes that, “use of FloSports Production Suite has resulted in 100% delivery of 60 FPS video feeds and dramatic increases in stream uptime and graphic capabilities for partners.”
Subscriptions are required to watch any games or events that are broadcasted on FloCollege. Subscription information is available at flocollege.com.
