Belton, Texas- UMHB football defeated McMurry 62-3 in its last regular season game. The CRU had 235 rushing yards. The game was UMHB’s annual military appreciation game that honored veterans and service members. To read more about the game, click here. UMHB will open the playoffs in Belton on Nov. 19 against Huntingdon.

Photo Gallery: UMHB Women’s Soccer vs. Hardin-Simmons University in ASC Championship

BELTON- History was made on Saturday night. 

On its home turf, the UMHB women’s soccer team defeated Hardin-Simmons, the winners of the previous 19 ASC titles, 1-0, securing the program’s first conference championship. The win also puts UMHB into the NCAA Tournament for just the third time in program history.

BELTON- With exactly three weeks until its season opener, the UMHB women’s basketball team was in action on Saturday afternoon in a scrimmage against Temple College.

The UMHB football team improved to 7-1 overall in a 45-14 victory on Saturday afternoon, as the Cru defeated Sul Ross State in Belton. Kyle King set a new program record for touchdown passes in a career, with 68, while the UMHB defensive line had a tremendous performance against the SRSU offense.
