BELTON, Texas- The UMHB women’s basketball has now won 10 consecutive games, after its 77-53 win over Howard Payne on Saturday afternoon.

Photo Gallery: UMHB Football vs. Southwestern University

BELTON- Ranked No. 5 in the country, the UMHB football team opened its conference schedule with a dominant 68-14 victory over Southwestern on Saturday night, tallying 633 yards of total offense. 

The Cru played with intensity on both sides of the ball, holding Southwestern to a 25 percent third-down conversion rate, and an average of just 4.5 yards per play. Additionally, quarterback Kyle King recorded six passing touchdowns in the first half alone.

The UMHB women’s basketball team held a 9-point lead with 3:14 left, but ETBU erased the deficit and won in overtime, 68-65, in Abilene on Friday night.
