In an incredible 41-28 victory on Saturday afternoon for UMHB, a number of players stepped up when the game was on the line, and truly, throughout the course of the game to keep UMHB in it. It is time to recognize a few of those notable performances in this week’s voting for True To The Cru’s Football Players of the Week presented by our newest gold sponsor, Cornerstone Site Services.

BELTON- Ranked No. 5 in the country, the UMHB football team opened its conference schedule with a dominant 68-14 victory over Southwestern on Saturday night, tallying 633 yards of total offense.
The Cru played with intensity on both sides of the ball, holding Southwestern to a 25 percent third-down conversion rate, and an average of just 4.5 yards per play. Additionally, quarterback Kyle King recorded six passing touchdowns in the first half alone.
