About the Cru: UMHB leads the ASC standings with a 10-0 record, coming off a 67-58 win at Concordia Tuesday night, in which Bethany McLeod tallied 17 points and four steals. The Crusaders are 13-2 overall, and hold a 12-game win streak entering tonight’s contest. The offense has been one of the conference’s best, ranked second in the ASC in points per game (73.3) and shooting percentage (41%), while converting on 30% of its three-point attempts. The Cru also leads the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.1). Ashley Faux paces the offense with 11.4 points per game. With Ozarks having a lack of strong post play, UMHB will need to take advantage of its matchups in the post, which has the potential for paint points and plenty of offensive rebounds.Â

About the Eagles: Ozarks plays decently on both ends of the floor, though the Eagles do rank in the bottom half of the ASC in points per game and points allowed per game. But with a solid group of guards, they have converted on 28.8% of their three-point attempts, and have defended the perimeter, as opponents are shooting just 25.3% from beyond the arc. With a 3-4 record in ASC play, the Eagles come off an 80-47 loss at UT-Dallas Saturday after their previous three games had been canceled.
