Voting for True To The Cru’s Special Teams Player of the Week is now open

When it comes to special teams, UMHB clearly had the better unit statistically when the Cru defeated Southwestern 52-7 on Saturday. The Crusaders averaged 14 more yards per punt than the Pirates, made the only field goal of the game, had two more punts downed inside the 20 than their opponents, and on average, returned kickoffs eight yards further than Southwestern.

Three particular players stood out, both in the box score and in their effort on the field. Vote now for True To The Cru’s Special Teams Player of the Week. Voting closes at 7:30 pm CT on Monday, and no double votes will be counted.
